Michael A. Ungerbuehler
Michael

Michael A. Ungerbuehler is a shareholder of The Association Law Firm, PLLC. Michael has been an attorney in Orlando, Florida since 2002. His practice areas have included real estate transactions, community association representation, business law, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation. However, Michael's primary focus has always been homeowner and condominium representation. He has handled all aspects of the homeowner and condominium practice.

Michael received his J.D. from the University of Florida School of Law in 2002. While attending law school, Michael also earned a Master's Degree in Real Estate at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business. During his law school career, Michael studied in Montpellier, France and completed his law school career by studying Planning Law in Oxford, England and interning at the Florida Supreme Court.

Michael is a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida Bar. Michael is a member of the Real Property section and the Environmental and Land Use section of the Florida Bar.


 
Paul E. DeHart III

Paul E. DeHart is a shareholder of The Association Law Firm, PLLC. Paul has been an attorney in Orlando, Florida since 2001, handling the litigation and transactional needs of clients in a wide variety of practice areas, in state, federal, and appellate courts. Prior to starting The Association Law Firm, Paul focused his practice on complex commercial and business litigation, intellectual property litigation, and all aspects of homeowner and condominium representation.

In the course of his career, Paul DeHart has drafted and revised governing documents and other corporate papers, handled collections and covenant enforcement activities, provided general corporate advice to client board members, handled mediations and arbitrations, and handled association related litigation matters through trial and appeal. He is especially adept at guiding boards through complex and difficult matters, including contentious board disputes and recall efforts.

Paul is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida, in the United States District Court for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Paul is also a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Paul is a member of The Florida Bar's Business Law Section and the Orange County Bar Association.

Paul grew up in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. He graduated from the University of Florida's College of Engineering in 1998 with a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Engineering, finishing first in his Environmental Engineering class. Paul then obtained his law degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 2001, with Honors.

Nicolette A. Kramer
Nicolette

Nicolette A. Kramer joined The Association Law Firm, PLLC in May 2011 as an associate. Nicolette has worked in the legal field since 2005, assisting clients in a wide variety of practice areas in state and federal courts.

Nicolette received her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, magna cum laude, from Manhattan College in 2004 and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law in 2009. During her law school career, Nicolette earned a book award in her first year Contracts class; an Excellence for the Future Award for her participation with the Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction program; and the American Bankruptcy Institute Award at her law school graduation. While attending law school, Nicolette interned for the Everglades Law Center, Inc.; clerked with a collections firm in South Florida; and provided research assistance to three law school professors.

Nicolette is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

 
Cynthia David

Cynthia David joined The Association Law Firm, PLLC in July 2012 as an associate.  Cynthia began her legal career in 2007, working as a chief corporate paralegal at a law firm in New York City, New York.

Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, through the honors program from Seton Hall University in 2007 and her J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011.  During law school, Cynthia participated on the Moot Court team and served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International.  While attending law school, Cynthia was chosen from many students throughout the nation to participate in the ROSA Land Project, a nonprofit program based out of Chicago, IL.  Cynthia also served as a legal clerk for various law firms and participated in her College of Law's Guardian Ad Litem clinic where she actively advocated for the best interest of several children and families in the Orlando area.  

Cynthia is a member of the Florida Bar. Cynthia is also a member of the Paul C. Perkins Bar Association where she serves on the leadership team.  Cynthia also participates as a mentor in the student mentoring program through the Young Lawyers Section of the Orange County Bar Association.

Stacey N. Jiunto
Stacey

Stacey N. Jiunto is an associate attorney with The Association Law Firm, PLLC, assisting homeowner’s associations and condominium associations in a wide variety of practice areas in state court.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Stacey worked for various law firms in Central Florida as a legal assistant and law clerk focusing in the areas of personal injury litigation. Stacey received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science from the University of Central Florida and earned her Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida.  

During law school, Stacey was awarded the book award in Insurance Law, Patents, and Health Law for the highest grade. Stacey also served as President of the Public Interest Law Society, fostering opportunities for law students to give back to the local community through volunteer work.

Stacey is admitted to the Florida Bar and a member of the American Bar Association, Orange County Bar Association, and Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
